About the role:

The Office and Database Administrator position supports and works collaboratively with the Senior Officer and Database Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient functions of the SAAS Fleet Services Department.

The Office and Database Assistant is responsible for processing and reporting of manual and electronic data relating to assets in the fleet management system.

Essential Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work co-operatively with all staff
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage own workload to meet timelines
  • Attention to detail
  • Two years administrative experience
  • Intermediate competency with Microsoft programs
  • Current and valid National Police Check
