Lead Digital Change in Regional Healthcare – Join YNLHN as Sunrise Clinical Adoption Lead

Are you passionate about improving healthcare through digital innovation? Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a dynamic Sunrise Clinical Adoption Lead to champion the successful adoption of our Sunrise Electronic Medical Record (EMR) across diverse clinical settings.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll collaborate closely with clinicians, educators, and the Digital Health team to ensure smooth integration of Sunrise EMR into everyday practice. Your expert knowledge and strong communication skills will empower staff across the network to embrace technology, enhance workflows, and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support staff adoption of Sunrise EMR through training, communication and workflow optimisation.

  • Act as a vital link between clinical teams, digital health, and executive leadership.

  • Identify risks, challenges, and improvements to maximise system effectiveness.

  • Facilitate and contribute to system design reviews and governance committees.

  • Manage change and business continuity planning, including downtime procedures.

  • Travel across regional sites to provide on-the-ground support and training.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse or qualified Allied Health professional with current practising certificate.

  • Proven leadership in clinical or non-clinical healthcare roles.

  • Experience in health IT implementation, change management, and training.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
