Join Our Team: Senior Administrative Officer – Lead Efficient and Compassionate Support Services

Are you an experienced administrative professional ready to play a vital role in supporting hospital and aged care services? We’re seeking a Senior Administrative Officer to manage key administrative and business functions that enable seamless service delivery.

About the Role:

As the Senior Administration Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support related to client management across hospital and Residential Aged Care settings. You’ll facilitate effective communication within the organisation and with external services, ensuring a customer-focused approach that meets the needs of staff, medical practitioners, clients, and their families. As a pivotal member of the administrative team, you will work closely with the Executive Officer, Director of Nursing, and senior nursing staff to support operational objectives and enhance service quality.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of a clerical/administrative support service, including the maintenance of records and systems.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of statistical information systems
  • Experience in computer operation and systems management
  • Experience in working within a diverse team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of computer-based resources (i.e.: Microsoft Office, email, Excel, data entry)
