About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients across a range of clinical settings. Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you’ll be involved in implementing care plans, supporting patients' daily needs, and contributing to a positive healthcare experience. This role is suited to Enrolled Nurses who are developing their professional practice, from novice through to proficient levels, and who are committed to safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.

You’ll bring your enthusiasm and dedication to a collaborative and supportive team environment, where patient wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. In line with regulatory and statutory requirements, you’ll remain accountable for your own nursing actions and decision-making, while benefiting from mentoring and ongoing professional development. About You

You are a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse with a strong commitment to providing safe, person-centred care. With a collaborative mindset and sound clinical knowledge, you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting and are eager to make a meaningful difference to patient outcomes.

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing Board of Australia, with medication administration endorsement

  • Skilled in effective communication and confident working within a multidisciplinary team

  • Proven ability to prioritise care, respond to changes in clinical condition, and uphold patient-centred practices

  • Knowledgeable in relevant nursing legislation, standards, and the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice
