About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Administration Team Leader to lead the statewide administrative functions of the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS). Based at the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, this pivotal role is responsible for overseeing My Aged Care referral processes, managing day-to-day operations, and driving improvements across administrative systems. You'll play a key role in project coordination, process development, and data analysis—ensuring efficient workflows and delivering high-quality support services across multiple ACAS sites in South Australia.

As the Team Leader, you will provide guidance and supervision to a dedicated team of administrative professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Your leadership will support key performance outcomes, operational deliverables, and fleet management functions, all while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
