About the Role

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for coordination and service delivery? We’re seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to support the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of fleet vehicles across multiple sites in South Australia. Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in managing vehicle logistics, contributing to the safety, accessibility, and reliability of transport services that support essential aged care assessments across the state.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for a broad range of administrative and coordination duties, including monitoring key performance indicators, managing travel claims, coordinating car park access, and supporting Work Health & Safety processes. You’ll also lead the maintenance and compliance of the ACAS fleet, respond to expiation enquiries, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality service. You’re a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong commitment to accuracy, service excellence, and continuous improvement. With a solid background in administrative support and coordination, you’re confident working independently, managing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes in a busy, service-driven environment.

  • Skilled in coordinating high-level administration tasks with strong attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with proven experience engaging across diverse teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with fleet and WHS practices

  • Experienced in developing and applying policies and procedures in complex settings
