About the Role

As the Principal Project Officer, Acute and Urgent Care (AUC), you’ll be at the forefront of driving impactful change across CALHN. Working closely with the senior executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping strategy, providing high-level advice, and delivering timely, data-informed insights that influence decision-making across the network. You’ll lead complex data analysis, research and benchmarking projects, while also producing executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic documents. Your work will inform key initiatives within the acute and urgent care space, supporting best practice across the health system. About You

You are a highly skilled and experienced Nurse or Midwife with a passion for leadership, innovation, and driving meaningful change in healthcare. You bring a strategic mindset, strong clinical knowledge, and a commitment to excellence in patient care and service delivery.

  • Registered Nurse with current (or eligible) registration and a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.

  • Proven leadership and change management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and contribute to strategic decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, with experience influencing outcomes across senior teams and consumer networks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in report writing, project management, and use of diverse software applications.
