Are you a dedicated and skilled Medical Practitioner looking to make a meaningful impact on patient care? We are seeking experienced practitioners to join our team at the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) – Riverland General Hospital, and contribute to delivering high-standard clinical services to our diverse patient population.

About the Role:

As a Medical Practitioner, you will provide high-quality clinical care across all designated rotations, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and outcomes. You will work closely with senior clinicians for day-to-day clinical matters while maintaining professional and administrative reporting to the Executive Director of Medical Services at RMCLHN.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic medical qualification recognised in Australia.
  • Registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Successful completion of intern or intern equivalent program.
  • Minimum of 1 year post graduate training.
  • Good theoretical knowledge.
    • Knowledge and awareness of quality improvement activities, clinical risk reduction and patient safety techniques.

Applicant Information

Indicative Total Remuneration (TIRP) includes award salary, professional development, Super, and Leave Loading.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:

  • DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)

  • Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
