About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care while developing your skills and confidence from novice to proficient practice. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will take accountability for your own practice while delivering care that aligns with regulatory and statutory requirements. About You

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care in a supportive healthcare environment. You will have the opportunity to further develop your practice while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Qualifications – Registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia and a current practising certificate.

Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, and prioritise workload while providing person-centred care.

Experience – Experience in delivering nursing care in healthcare settings in accordance with the required practice standards.

Knowledge – Understanding of the Enrolled Nurse role, relevant legislation, and ethical standards within the healthcare setting.
