About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to clients with complex brain injuries. You will support clients and families from diverse backgrounds, helping them maximise independence and quality of life.

In addition to clinical work, you will mentor less experienced social workers and students, contribute to education and service improvements, and may assist in representing the discipline in development initiatives. If you’re passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Social Worker with a strong commitment to client-centred care. You will bring expertise in supporting adults with neurological disorders and thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

  • Qualifications – Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification, eligible for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Clinical Skills – Experience in social work assessment and treatment, with sound professional judgement and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication & Teamwork – Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to Excellence – Strong organisational skills, a commitment to professional development, and the ability to support clients from diverse backgrounds with sensitivity and respect.
