Job Opportunity: Quality, Risk & Safety (QRS) Coordinator | Limestone Coast Local Health Network

We’re inviting skilled, collaborative professionals to apply for the role of QRS Coordinator within our Quality, Risk and Safety Unit. You’ll support the Regional QRS Manager by coordinating vital quality projects and ensuring health services meet the highest standards across the Limestone Coast (including Acute services, Community, Aged Care and Disability). From developing systems and leading initiatives, to educating teams and analysing data, your role will be key to upholding care excellence in our region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead safety and quality projects
  • Support accreditation processes
  • Support education and continuous improvement activities
  • Support development of systems and processes
  • Maintain quality systems
  • Prepare reports and evaluate data
  • Act as a key member of a collaborative, multi-professional team

This is a multi-classified role and classification will be determined by qualifications held.

The following vacancies are available:

  • Temporary Part Time working up to 0.8FTE to 19/12/2025 (hours are flexible and can be negotiated with successful candidates)
  • Temporary Part Time working up to 0.6FTE to 17/10/2025 (hours are flexible and can be negotiated with successful candidates)

Salary

  • ASO5: $85,790 - $95,413 p.a (pro rata)
  • AHP2: $88,255 - $102,240 p.a (pro rata)
  • RN/M2A: $103,353 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata)
