About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking exceptional Nurse Managers to lead the team within our Division of Surgical Specialties & Anaesthetics.

As a Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of surgical and anaesthetic services. Key responsibilities of this role include:

• providing strategic direction and operational management for the DSSA

• implementing and monitoring quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
• managing financial and human resources effectively, ensuring efficient utilisation
• fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that values diversity and supports staff well-being

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. You must have at least 3 years post graduate experience.
