About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care while supporting positive health outcomes for patients across a busy and rewarding healthcare environment. Working Monday to Friday with no shift work, you will utilise your strong clinical skills to assess individual needs, coordinate appropriate care and provide a professional, patient-centred experience. Previous phlebotomy experience will be highly regarded, as you contribute to specimen collection services, patient care and the delivery of exceptional customer service.

About You

You are a caring, patient-focused Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services. You combine professional expertise with excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring every patient receives a positive and supportive experience.

• Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
• Demonstrated clinical capability, with previous phlebotomy experience highly valued and the ability to work confidently in a busy patient services environment.
• Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to support, mentor and positively influence colleagues while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with patients, stakeholders and colleagues alike.
