About the Role

Shape the future of CALHN's workforce as Manager, Organisational Development. Lead innovative organisational development programs that build leadership capability, strengthen culture and drive workforce transformation. Partner with senior leaders across CALHN to enhance organisational performance, champion inclusion and deliver contemporary people solutions that support our People First Strategy and strategic ambitions.

In this role you will:

  • Lead organisational development strategy and programs
  • Design leadership, capability and learning frameworks
  • Drive culture, engagement and performance initiatives
  • Deliver change programs that support workforce transformation
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
  • Oversee Aboriginal cultural learning initiatives
  • Build partnerships with leaders, stakeholders and communities
  • Provide expert advice on culture, capability and organisational effectiveness
  • Monitor outcomes, evaluate impact and guide continuous improvement
  • Manage resources, projects and team performance

About You

You are a strategic and values-driven leader who is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations thrive. With expertise in organisational development, leadership and change, you know how to bring people together, influence positive outcomes and create workplaces where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered to do their best work.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring the qualifications, experience and capability to drive organisational performance, build leadership strength and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, including:

  • Tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology or similar
  • Experience shaping culture, capability and leadership across complex organisations
  • Success leading large-scale change and workforce transformation initiatives
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships and influence at all organisational levels
  • Commitment to inclusion, cultural safety and continuous improvement
