About the role

Join SA Pharmacy as a Pharmacist and play an important role in delivering high-quality medication management and clinical pharmacy services that support positive patient outcomes. Working across inpatient and outpatient settings, you will provide dispensing, counselling and medicines information services, while partnering with medical, nursing and allied health teams to ensure safe, effective and patient-centred care.

About You

You are a motivated pharmacist who enjoys working collaboratively, delivering excellent patient care and contributing to safe and effective medication management.

• Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Board registration

• Provide clinical, dispensing and medicines information services

• Build strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams

• Apply sound judgement, accuracy and attention to detail

• Bring initiative, adaptability and a patient-focused approach

SCSS encompasses BreastScreen SA, SA Dental, SA Medical Imaging, SA Pathology, and SA Pharmacy.
