About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) as an Administrative Officer within the casual relief pool across all areas of NALHN.

As part of a casual administrative relief pool, you will contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of NALHN by providing relief support in various administrative positions. Casual relief pool staff will be invited to cover ad hoc departmental roster requirements including 24/7 availability to facilitate staffing needs as required.

These casual roles offer far more than flexibility - they provide the chance to work across a variety of settings, helping you broaden your experience and strengthen your capability. Each shift brings new opportunities to learn, grow and contribute to high‑quality care.

Availability to work various shifts over a 7‑day, 24-hour service is required to support flexible, high‑quality care delivery.

About You:

In this role you will bring a combination of practical skills and a positive, flexible mindset, including strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure; confident interpersonal and customer‑service abilities; adaptability, resilience and a proactive approach to change; effective problem‑solving and sound judgement; clear written and verbal communication, including professional phone etiquette; competence in numeracy, literacy and general clerical tasks; and proficiency with basic computing, Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
