About the role

Join SA Pathology as a Pathology Collector and support delivery of efficient laboratory services. You will collect specimens, assist with pre testing tasks and provide excellent customer service to patients and clinicians. Working under general direction, you will transport, sort and label specimens, assist with clinical duties and support laboratory workflows. You will communicate with staff and clients while helping maintain safe, accurate and timely testing services.

Based in Whyalla, you’ll enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle where the outback meets the sea. About You

You’re a customer focused professional who enjoys supporting patients and laboratory services. You bring strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to work accurately in a busy environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service with care and empathy
• Use sound judgement and escalate issues when required
• Experience using information systems and databases
• Handle enquiries and communicate clearly with clients
