About the Role

Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality plastic and reconstructive care. You’ll manage complex patient journeys, build clinical capability, and help shape safer, smarter services while mentoring junior staff and strengthening links with the community.

  • Manage patient care with Consultants and MDT
  • Coordinate referrals, transfers and discharges
  • Liaise with pathology, radiology, ED, clinics and theatre
  • Deliver clear, compassionate care to patients and families
  • Supervise, teach and mentor junior doctors
  • Support quality improvement and education
  • Engage with GPs and community practitioners

About You

You’re a capable, compassionate clinician ready to step up in plastics, with the skills, judgement and drive to deliver safe, high-quality care and support your team.

  • MBBS or equivalent, eligible for AHPRA registration
  • Completed primary exam with relevant postgrad experience
  • Manage plastics clinic and ward-based procedures
  • Communicate clearly, negotiate well, show patient empathy
  • Work well under pressure, solve problems, support quality
