About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where you shape smooth, patient-focused outpatient clinics. You’ll coordinate daily operations, guide a capable support team, and build efficient systems that keep services running seamlessly while handling complex queries with confidence.

Duties
• Coordinate outpatient clinic schedules and daily flow
• Lead, support and coach Clinical Support Officers
• Deliver welcoming, high-quality reception service
• Manage complex enquiries with sound judgement
• Set priorities and clear outcomes for team success
• Maintain efficient systems and clinic processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the service
• Liaise with government, private partners and stakeholders

About You

You’re a confident organiser who thrives in a busy health setting, brings out the best in others, and keeps patients at the centre of every interaction.

• Experience in a health or clinical support environment
• Guide staff, set priorities and keep work on track
• Communicate clearly with patients and diverse teams
• Manage pressure, juggle tasks and meet deadlines
• Use Microsoft Office and follow admin processes well
