The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Human Resources Administration Officers, supporting our committed healthcare workforce. As a Human Resources (HR) Administration Officer, you will provide confidential, professional administrative support, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of core HR functions.

In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of essential HR activities, including:

  • processing recruitment documentation with precision
  • maintaining accurate employee records and databases
  • preparing standardised employment contracts and variations within required timeframes
  • delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • assisting with monitoring HR Key Performance Indicators
  • preparing and distributing a variety of HR reports to support informed decision‑making

Each of these tasks plays a key part in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, helping support our workforce and ultimately improving care for our community.
