About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Team Leader – HR Operations to join the People & Culture team at Limestone Coast Local Health Network. This role provides high-quality, timely and practical HR operational advice and leadership, supporting managers and staff across the organisation while leading a small team delivering HR services.

Working under the direction of the Manager HR Operations, you will contribute to contemporary HR practices, service improvement initiatives and effective HR business partnering across a complex and diverse health workforce.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate HR Operations services, providing day-to-day direction, coaching and support to the HR Operations team
  • Deliver accurate and timely HR advice to managers on recruitment, classification management, industrial relations and workforce matters
  • Support HR governance, compliance and systems management, including recruitment advertising and HRMS processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, projects and service enhancements aligned with organisational priorities

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience leading or supervising staff in an HR or workforce services environment
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, policies and industrial frameworks within a complex organisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide practical, solutions-focused advice
  • High level organisational skills, professionalism and ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters
