WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the clinical direction of the Emergency Department while delivering high-quality patient care. You will influence standards of practice, support training and accreditation requirements, and foster strong multidisciplinary collaboration within the department and across the organisation.
The role provides a platform to combine hands-on specialist care with strategic clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, contemporary and best-practice emergency services.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
- Provide specialist-level emergency medical care and clinical leadership within the Emergency Department.
- Maintain clinical standards to ensure patient safety and support accreditation for ACEM, RACGP and ACCRM training.
- Mentor, teach and role model excellence for medical staff while collaborating with nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop clinical guidelines aligned with best practice principles in Emergency Medicine.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW/WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

- You must have a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
- You must have an appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Fellow of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine
