About the role

The Manager – Administrative Services provides strategic and operational leadership of administrative and business functions across CaFHS and WCHN. The role drives a high-performance culture, ensures effective coordination of services, provides policy and legislative advice, and supports Directors as a key link with SA Health.

This Administration Manager role will be based at South Terrace, however it is a requirement of the role on a regular basis to visit CaFHS sites.

Key duties of the role

  • Provide effective management of human resources and financial services.
  • Contribute to the effective, efficient operation and strategic direction of the Division.
  • Manage and coordinate communication and correspondence effectively across the service.
  • Manage Employee Performance and Development

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and allocate resources to achieve defined outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop staff and create a positive, harmonious work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve complex situations and problems, and apply practical people management principles and solutions to business situations
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work successfully within a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Demonstrated a high level of interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, including the ability to compile concise written advice on complex and politically sensitive issues
