Yorketown Hospital is seeking a motivated Administration Officer to deliver high-quality administrative and customer support across our Southern Yorke Peninsula Health Service.

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Your day will be varied - supporting front-desk reception, handling accounts, maintaining records, and providing clerical support to ensure smooth operations. You’ll work as part of a friendly and supportive team committed to delivering exceptional care and service to the community.

This role suits someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in helping others. Your initiative and sound judgement will help you manage tasks effectively and make a positive impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception, accounts, and administrative support
  • Deliver high-level customer service to clients, staff and visitors
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support internal office operations and respond to enquiries

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Previous experience in a customer service or office setting
