About the role

The Project Manager supports development and evaluation of a telehealth Mother-Infant Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (T-MiDBT) trial, coordinating research activities, data, ethics, grants, and collaboration with clinicians and lived-experience experts to advance perinatal and infant mental health.

Key duties of the role

  • Lead research planning and run pilot studies to guide project direction.
  • Develop and evaluate T-MiDBT, adapting the program for telehealth with clinical and lived-experience teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ethics, governance, privacy, legislation and intellectual property requirements.
  • Prepare grants, reports and scientific outputs, and build research networks across the Unit.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and research progress.

Skills and Experience

  • A relevant doctoral or other equivalent qualification and appropriate research experience.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative aspects of clinical research in perinatal mental health.
  • Well-developed skills in data and information research, extraction, collection, analysis, recording and presentation
  • Proven experience in working within a scientific research role
  • Proven experience in coordinating or supporting the delivery of effective scientific research activities
