About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer focused experienced recruitment professional to join our team on a part-time basis for an initial 4 month period, ideally commencing in December 2025. The role is offered on a part-time basis, 25 hours per week spread across Monday to Friday (ie. 5 hours per day), with some flexibility to vary hours (with notice) on occasion to participate in interview panels for a full day.

The successful candidate will be part of our small, dedicated centralised Recruitment Team that is responsible for managing bulk recruitment campaigns on behalf of our operational teams. You will showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills by partnering with operational leaders and selection panels to coordinate the recruitment campaign, including both administration and direct involvement in interviews and other candidate selection activities.


About You

You will bring:

  • Experience in the coordination and management of bulk recruitment campaigns, including experience in the use of candidate management or online recruitment software.
  • A strong customer service focus and demonstrated ability to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills, enabling you to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and professionally represent SA Ambulance to potential candidates.
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively, manage high workloads and coordinate with other internal parties professionally to deliver results.
  • A positive, open and creative mindset, with confidence to explore new ideas and ways of working from concept to implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in working effectively as part of a small team.
  • Recruitment experience within a Public Sector or health care environment would be advantageous (but is not essential).
