Overview:

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluation of complex technical programs and services which deliver contemporary SQL Server based solutions and an integrated, stable, and secure SQL Server operating environment for the SA Health.
  • Lead, direct and evaluate the delivery of technical database administration functions that facilitate the maintenance and deployment of a range of complex databases, applications and systems and the management, availability and reporting of critical information from ICT systems across the SA Health portfolio.
  • Manage and undertake the assessment, planning and evaluation of teamwork requests, including developing and managing resource plans, and providing expert technical advice to complex database migrations and upgrades for highly available databases, and leading change and risk evaluations on critical database changes.
