Join a compassionate, community-minded team at Sheoak Lodge, part of the Millicent and District Hospital and Health Service. As the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) in Aged Care, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to lead and support nursing staff, promote a positive team culture, and ensure clinical and operational excellence within the unit.
