We are seeking an experienced Senior Dietitian – Food Services to lead and enhance nutrition and food service systems across EFNLHN aged care and acute services. Based in Port Lincoln, this role offers the rare combination of strategic influence, clinical leadership, and an enviable coastal lifestyle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and provide specialist advice on food services, menu planning, nutrition adequacy and therapeutic diets across EFNLHN.
  • Translate Aged Care Quality Standards, NSQHS Standards, policies and guidelines into practical, high-quality food service systems.
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision and education to Dietitians, Allied Health Assistants and students.
  • Drive quality improvement, audits, consumer engagement and research to enhance nutrition outcomes and dining experiences.

About You

  • Do you have extensive experience as a Dietitian with strong expertise in food services, nutrition systems and accreditation standards?
  • Are you a confident clinical leader who enjoys working autonomously while influencing service-wide improvement?
  • Do you have experience leading projects, audits, or service redesign in aged care or hospital food services?
  • Are you passionate about improving nutrition, hydration, and dining experiences through consumer-centred care?
