About the Role

Play a key role in shaping CALHN’s Occupational Therapy workforce. As an Advanced Educator, you’ll lead quality practice, grow capability and drive research and learning across our network—supporting best practice and exceptional care for our communities.

  • Lead education training  and competency frameworks
  • Build research, professional development and quality improvement programs
  • Drive service and workforce development across CALHN

About You

You’re an experienced Occupational Therapist who leads with curiosity, collaboration and clinical excellence. You bring advanced capability in education, evidence-based practice and workforce development—and you’re motivated to lift others as you grow the profession.

  • Hold an OT degree with AHPRA registration (OTBA)
  • Apply advanced clinical reasoning in complex care
  • Lead education, supervision & evidence-based practice
  • Build strong partnerships across teams & services
  • Manage priorities, solve problems & communicate well
