    About the role

    Lead and manage biomedical engineering services, ensuring safe, high-quality care and effective resource use. Oversee maintenance, projects, and compliance across diverse devices and systems. Engage with clients, contractors and staff, reporting to divisional leadership.

    Key duties of the role

    • Lead safe and timely biomedical services across sites and regions
    • Manage budgets, assets, staff and contractors to meet service goals
    • Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and risk management
    • Oversee complex maintenance programs, projects and biomedical systems
    • Promote innovation, continuous improvement and workforce training
  • Skills and Experience

    • Demonstrated experience in managing and evaluating the delivery of remedial and preventative maintenance services including the ability to build customer relations, create service delivery schedules and develop standardised processes.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring staff and contractor performance and fostering the development of staff.
    • Sound experience in providing specialist biomedical engineering analysis and expertise in the resolution of highly complex remedial maintenance issues.
    • Experience in planning and delivering continuous improvement projects, processes, systems and organisational change initiatives.
