  • The Senior Project Officer (Data Management) is responsible for leading the accurate and confidential management of data to support the procurement, delivery and handover for the New WCH Project. This includes documents prepared and received by the project teams, contractors and client groups to support the day to day operations of the New WCH Project.
  • Including development, delivery, adherence and review of a range of complex document control related programs functions and services, including ensuring best practice quality control and document support for all design, project management, engineering, contract management, site management, quality control processes and other project activities.
  • The Senior Project Officer (Data Management) coordinates and undertakes the delivery of senior administrative support functions for the New WCH Commercial and Legal Team, including procurement, contract and finance functions.
  • The role develops, implements and evaluates document control related projects and process improvement initiatives, including undertaking complex research and analysis activities, monitoring and reporting on key project activities to support project outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement to documentation control processes and procedures.
  • The role provides expert advice and contribution to the development and delivery of appropriate communication processes between the integrated Project Team and Project stakeholders to influence the develop of relationships that meet the needs of the New WCH Project.
  • The role includes key system administrator and training responsibilities for data information management systems and liaison with stakeholders both within and external to the New WCH Project. Strong ability to work independently in a complex project environment across project teams using a variety of information management systems, whilst ensuring effective communication strategies to drive successful outcomes.

Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • A ‘National Police Certificate’ NPC (also known as a ‘Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check’ NCCHC)  for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment)
  • A DHS ‘Working With Children Check’ (WWCC) is required for this position.

Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact)

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
