Join our Workforce Services Team to strategically shape the future of healthcare staffing at SALHN.

About the role: 

Duties for the role will include:

  • Play an instrumental role in the development of SALHN workforce strategy to meet the workforce requirements both now and for future infrastructure projects.
  • Contribute to the strategy by identifying service demand, the workforce required to meet the service needs, and the ways in
    which the workforce supply will be met and maintained.
  • Provide advice and support to operational workforce planning across the network.
  • Conducting high-level research, planning, and review processes to understand the employment proposition for critical roles.

About you:

You are a proactive and strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a timely manner.

  • Experience in leading contemporary workforce planning strategies and initiatives in a changing environment.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing workforce strategies across a range of professions.
  • High level interpersonal skills which result in effective collaboration with and development of productive working relationships with peers, staff and stakeholders.
  • Advanced written, oral, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and liaise with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
