About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients in line with professional, regulatory and statutory standards. Working under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of care that supports each individual's health needs and personal preferences.

This is a rewarding opportunity for both novice and developing Enrolled Nurses to build their clinical capability within a supportive team environment. You’ll have the chance to consolidate your knowledge, enhance your skills, and actively participate in a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement—while remaining accountable for the care you provide.

About you

You are a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care within a multidisciplinary team. You bring clinical knowledge, practical experience, and a genuine focus on patient wellbeing.

  • Current registration (or eligibility) with NMBA and medication endorsement

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

  • Proven experience delivering nursing care aligned with best practice

  • Sound understanding of EN scope, standards, and relevant legislation
