- Salary: RN/RM2 $103,353 - $110,497 p.a (pro rata) + 35% Midwifery Caseload allowance + leave loading + superannuation + salary sacrifice benefits
- Ongoing Part Time contract working 64 hours per fortnight
WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
This is a unique opportunity to hold an ongoing role with the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Network as an Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in our Midwifery Group Practice, ensuring that mothers, mothers to be and families using our services receive the best care, every time. This role is part of the Northern Midwifery Group which services Gawler and Kapunda Health Services.

- Provide high-quality, person-centred midwifery care and case management, ensuring safe and positive outcomes for women and families.
- Support the Northern Midwife Unit Manager in clinical leadership, service planning, and team coordination across disciplines.
- Foster a culture of learning by mentoring staff, supporting students, and contributing to clinical education and development activities.
- Promote consistency of care through effective shift leadership, clinical auditing, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
