Step into Leadership – Associate Nurse Unit Manager, Country Health Connect

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join Country Health Connect and help lead the delivery of high-quality nursing and/or midwifery services across a variety of health service settings.

This role is ideal for a proficient practitioner looking to build on their experience while supporting both patient care and team development. You will apply your clinical experience, specialist clinical knowledge and professional competence to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive and integrated range of services appropriate to the needs of the Country Health Connect consumer.

You will also provide clinical guidance to less experienced staff, take accountability for your own professional standards, and assist in fostering continuity and consistency of care across the service.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in a range of leadership functions including practice improvement, staff development, recruitment, rostering, and resource management. You will help coordinate service delivery and contribute to operational decision-making in a multidisciplinary, community-based care environment.

If you are passionate about rural health, ready to contribute to a supportive and evolving team, and looking to take the next step in your nursing leadership journey—we’d love to hear from you.
