About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert clinical nursing knowledge to individuals, groups, and populations within your specialty area. You will play a key role in shaping clinical practice, offering guidance and leadership to nurses and midwives while working across a variety of clinical settings. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality, evidence-based care and improved health outcomes for our patients and clients.

As a recognised leader in your field, you’ll work with a high level of autonomy and influence, coordinating and leading programs and projects that make a real impact. You will be accountable for your practice and professional advice, confidently making decisions and addressing inconsistencies between policy and practice. About you

You’re a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership, innovation, and driving positive change in clinical practice. Your strong communication skills and ability to inspire and support others make you a valued member of any healthcare team.

  • Current AHPRA registration with a minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • Proven ability to manage change, lead teams, and foster staff development

  • Sound knowledge of nursing standards, safety, quality systems, and clinical governance
