This is a rewarding opportunity to join the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network as a Nurse Unit Manager in the Community and Allied Health team, based in the stunning coastal town of Victor Harbor. This short-term, part-time role (until June 2026) offers the chance to lead a committed multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care and services to the local community. - Provide pivotal leadership and coordination of care delivery across community and allied health teams to ensure quality and continuity of care.
- Manage resources, staffing, and service operations to support safe, efficient, and person-centred outcomes.
- Drive innovation and lead the implementation of quality improvement, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Promote a positive, learning-focused team culture by mentoring staff, overseeing performance, and embedding professional development.
- Use clinical expertise and evidence-based practice to inform service delivery, policy development, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
