  • Provide pivotal leadership and coordination of care delivery across community and allied health teams to ensure quality and continuity of care.
  • Manage resources, staffing, and service operations to support safe, efficient, and person-centred outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and lead the implementation of quality improvement, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Promote a positive, learning-focused team culture by mentoring staff, overseeing performance, and embedding professional development.
  • Use clinical expertise and evidence-based practice to inform service delivery, policy development, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
