What We're Looking For

What you will need to apply:

• Trade qualifications or equivalent skills as a Cook
• Proven experience in catering, cleaning, linen, and laundry services
• Exceptional leadership skills with previous experience as a Team Leader
• Ability to provide guidance on procedures and safe work practices
• Expertise in organising work methods and providing on-the-job training
• Proficiency in maintaining employee rosters and schedules
• A proactive approach with the ability to exercise judgment and initiative in daily operations
