About the Role:

As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, hands-on support to residents within our Residential Care Home. Working closely with a dedicated Supervisor/Manager and alongside a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the daily lives of those you care for. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of a supportive community, providing personalized care that truly matters.

About You:

  • Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position.
  • Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
  • Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
