Overview:

An exciting opportunity has become available to join the executive support team within Digital Health SA.  In a fast past environment this key role will provide high quality administrative, coordination and executive support functions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a multi-facetted role, be able to change direction quickly depending on the priority, work independently, can be given a problem and find solutions, and be able to anticipate and provide support where it’s needed most.

The Digital Health SA Executive Office provides executive support services for the senior DHSA executives and Governance support for the Tier 1 and 2 committees within the Department. The Executive Office manages the coordination and review of Ministerial, CE and CEO correspondence, briefings and high-level third-party requests for DHSA.

  • The Executive Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a range of executive support functions for the Chief Digital Health Officer (CDHO), that deliver confidential, highly proactive and organised administrative and secretarial services.
  • The role coordinates and manages the schedule of the CDHO, including forward planning, diary management and travel, plans and provides high quality communication coordination services, negotiates sensitive matters with key stakeholders, and undertakes research, investigations and negotiations to inform Executive and operational decision-making.

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
