About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Lead to provide expert strategic and operational leadership across our dedicated clinical division. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive excellence in care delivery, lead with integrity, and shape the future of nursing and multidisciplinary practice within a complex and evolving healthcare environment. As a senior leader, you will be instrumental in setting clinical direction, championing best practice, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams. You will be accountable for clinical standards, workforce capability, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on maintaining safe, sustainable, and high-quality care. In this autonomous position, you will exercise sound judgement, influence systemic change, and oversee governance frameworks that support healthy, high-performing teams. About You

You are a highly motivated and experienced nursing professional, passionate about delivering excellence in clinical care and leadership. You bring a strong strategic mindset, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams through complex change.

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and minimum 5 years' experience and at least 5 years in a nurse leadership position

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing health services, resources, and teams

  • Skilled in conflict resolution, decision-making, and quality improvement initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare legislation, project frameworks, and clinical governance

  • Drive strategic, operational and clinical leadership across dynamic health services
  • Lead and empower high-performing teams to deliver quality, patient-centred care

  • Shape systems that improve outcomes and support healthy workplaces
  • Lead as part of a senior operational and clinical leadership team
  • Preferably with MH experience but will consider a Nurse Leader with strong background leading complex clinical services and large specialised clinical teams
