At the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, we follow a Consumer Directed Care approach—supporting older people, those with disability or chronic conditions to live well at home or in residential care. Your role will be varied and rewarding, helping people with personal care, meal prep, transport, social connection, and home support.

Working in partnership with clients, families and professionals, you’ll help maintain independence, dignity and quality of life. You’ll enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build genuine connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal care, grooming, and medication prompts

  • Domestic support: cleaning, laundry, basic gardening

  • Meal planning, preparation and cooking

  • Transport and community access

  • Emotional and social support

  • Supporting health goals under care plans
