WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Transition to Professional Practice Program (TPPP) Enrolled Nurse (EN) program aims to support the newly qualified ENs to consolidate and develop skills and knowledge reflected in high quality nursing practice.

The EN TPPP, provides a structured 6-month program for new nurses to build their confidence and gain valuable hands-on experience in a compassionate, team-based environment, with the guidance of Clinical Facilitators, Preceptors with dedicated study days, setting you up for a successful and fulfilling career in nursing.

  • Providing support to newly graduated transitioning nurses across BHFLHN. 
  • Recognising the unique nature of working regionally and rurally. 
  • Focusing on the skill development relevant to these areas of nursing.
  • Using an evidence-based curriculum to further develop a strong and high-quality nursing workforce. 
  • Offering unique opportunities for TPPPs specific to the BHFLHN.
