Are you a proactive leader passionate about managing high-quality support services in a healthcare setting? We’re looking for a Hotel Services Manager to oversee Catering, Housekeeping, and Laundry operations at Murray Bridge Soldiers' Memorial Hospital (MBSMH), ensuring excellent service for patients and staff.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services at Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN), the Hotel Services Manager will maintain strong working relationships with all Health Service Department Managers to coordinate and deliver seamless support services. Your leadership will be essential in managing the Hotel Services team and maintaining high standards of service quality, safety, and compliance within the hospital environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership and customer service experience, including stakeholder collaboration with government and community groups.
  • Skilled in preparing complex reports, developing policies, and reviewing systems, protocols, and procedures.
  • Experienced in research, data analysis, project planning, and successful negotiation outcomes.
  • Proficient in IT software and business systems that support efficient healthcare delivery.
  • Strong background in Change Management and patient administration systems, including Electronic Medical Records.
  • Recent experience working within SA Health hospital, health service, or service centre environments.
