About the Role:

As a Client, Theatre, and Allied Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional, efficient, and timely care across a variety of healthcare settings. Your commitment to high-quality service will directly support the smooth operation of theatre and allied care services, impacting patient experiences every day.

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas within the Health Service, broadening your skills and expertise. To excel in this position, you will either:

  1. Bring specialised training and extensive hands-on experience across diverse functions, or
  2. Undertake Theatre Orderly duties supported by completion of an AQF Certificate IV tailored to your role.

About You:

  • Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position, if undertaking Theatre Orderly Duties.
  • Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Demonstrated experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons.
  • Completed at least 560 hours satisfactory in-service experience.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
