  • Salary: AHP3 $104,180 to $111,746 (pro-rata); AHP2 $88,255 to $102,240 (pro-rata); RN/M3 $125,183 to $130,779 (pro-rata); RN2C $87,416 to $110,497 (pro-rata) 
  • Temporary Part time position working up to 31 December 2025 (AHP 22.5 hrs p/wk  or RN 22.8 hrs p/wk)
  • Preferred location is Unley however other locations across across SA Regional LHNs may be considered

Please note that this position is multi-classified as either a AHP-2, AHP-3, RN-2C or RN-3A. Clinicians from Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy and Nursing disciplines are invited to apply.

Overview

Utilising your clinical expertise, commitment to translating evidence based practice to real world settings and enthusiasm for promoting positive collaborative change, you will contribute to system wide improvement of high quality, safe mental health services within the Borderline Personality Disorder Collaborative. You will also provide clinical and consultancy services that support the recovery of mental health consumers across community, acute and rehabilitation service settings. As an expert within mental health nursing or allied health practice, you will have a significant degree of autonomy and decision-making, provide clinical leadership to other mental health staff, and coordinate and lead projects or programs that improve consumer/service outcomes. Clinicians applying at Level 2 will be expected to hold an appropriate professional qualification and to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence-based care for people living with Borderline Personality Disorder.  

Clinicians applying at Level 3 will be expected to hold an appropriate professional qualification and to demonstrate experience in delivery of expert evidence-based care for people living with BPD, along with experience in supervising the practice of other clinicians and leading program development or implementation within their agency.

Demonstrating your skills and ability in leading and promoting consumer engagement activities, you will display flexibility, innovation and creativity within the whole of service setting. You must be capable of dealing appropriately with consumers, carers and families where there can be multiple complexities and diverse cultural backgrounds.
