About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administration Service Officer to join our team, providing essential clerical and administrative support to both Elpida House and the Community Clinical Rehabilitation Service (CCRS) teams. In this vital role, you’ll assist the multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality mental health services by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your work will contribute directly to the wellbeing of clients by supporting the clinical teams behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate client records, managing appointment schedules, handling telephone and front desk enquiries, and communicating with staff, external services, and members of the public. Proven experience in office or reception environments, with knowledge of systems like Oracle, BASWARE, and EPAS

Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality

Sound computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical terminology
