Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) is seeking a committed and compassionate Clinical Nurse – Women’s Health to join our dedicated Country Health Connect team in Naracoorte.

In this rewarding and community-focused role, you’ll deliver high-quality, short-term clinical services to women and young people—particularly those experiencing health inequities or disadvantage. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate both individual and group care, develop health-promoting strategies, and collaborate with other health professionals to ensure holistic, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted clinical care and health promotion to women and young people
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver best-practice care
  • Guide, support and mentor less experienced nursing staff
  • Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years post-registration experience
  • Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A compassionate, flexible and collaborative approach
