Exciting Career Opportunity: Direct Care Worker (Residential) at Kimba Hospital

As a Direct Care Worker (Residential), you will work closely with health professionals and be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Your role will involve assisting in the delivery of personalized care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity, respect, and kindness.

You will be accountable to the Executive Officer/Director of Nursing (EO/DON), and your contributions will directly support the overall well-being and comfort of residents. You will be integral in helping to enhance the quality of life for those in our care, providing a safe and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position.
  • Experience in the use of computer packages eg. Microsoft Word, Excel.
